Please have the unit’s serial number (located on the back panel of the
instrument) available when calling. Should an item require return to Labnet
for service, a repair return authorization (RRA) number must first be received
from Labnet. Items sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
8. Determination of g-values
The centrifuging radius of the 15ml rotor is 8.5cm for round bottom tubes and
8.2 cm for conical bottom tubes. See Section 3.1 for the correct radius when using
adapters and smaller tubes. The chart on the next page can be used to
determine g-values.
