(1) Setting items
Setting items for RAMP measurement are as follows.
(For RAMP measurement, 250V cannot be set at 500V (250V) Range.)
* Speed of voltage rise: Voltage rise per minute.
* Breakdown/ Burn : Either Breakdown or Burn mode is selectable.
(2) Setting procedures
Follow the procedures below.
Output voltage rate can be set between 100V/min and 9000V/min.
