Reporting FAX Receipt Result by E-mail
Fax receipt can also be notified by e-mail instead of
checking the receipt result report.

Press the System Menu key.

Press [Report], and [Next] of Result Report Setting .
Then press [Change] of RX Result Report Type .

To select destination from the address book, press
[E-mail Address Book] and then [Address Book].
Specify the destination of E-mail, and press [OK].
To enter an e-mail address directly, press [E-mail
Address Entry] and then [E-mail Address].
Enter the desired e-mail address, and press [OK].
Up to 128 characters can be entered.

Press [OK].
NOTE:
This setting is displayed when the FAX RX
Result Report setting is [On] or [Error/Storing in Box
Only]. For details, refer to FAX RX Result Reports on
page 5-8 .
Fax receipt results are reported by e-mail according
to the settings of
FAX RX Result Report . If the FAX
RX Result Report setting is [On], E-mail notification is
provided for every fax. If the setting is [Error/Storing
in Box Only], E-mail notification is only provided when
an error occurs or the received original is forwarded
to FAX Boxes.
NOTE:

Address Book on page 3-16 for the procedure of
selecting destinations from the Address Book.
