Troubleshooting

Cassette

Follow the steps below to clear paper jams in the cassette.

IMPORTANT

Do not try to remove paper that has already been partially fed. Refer to

Rear Cover

on page

9-15

Note

Do not open or close the front cover or rear cover before removing the jammed paper.

Remove any partially fed paper.

Check to see if paper is loaded
correctly. If not, reload the paper.

Press

[OK]

to clear the error and

the machine warms up and
resumes printing.
