 Basics

Pinch and Spread

“Pinch” the screen using your thumb and forefinger to 
zoom out or “spread” the screen to zoom in when 
viewing a picture or a Web page. (Move fingers inward 
to zoom out and outward to zoom in.)

Rotate the Screen

Your device is capable of automatically changing the 
orientation of some onscreen content. With this feature, 
you can view the screen in either portrait or landscape 
orientation by turning the device sideways. By default, 
the screen orientation automatically changes when the 
device is rotated.

To manually activate the Auto-rotate feature:
