Follow the steps below to connect the polarity
locker to the SWM expander.
a.
Connect the polarity locker outputs (1-4) to
the SWM expander in parallel positions, as
shown in
cable connects through the polarity locker’s
“LNB1/18V” connector, and the parallel
cable connected to “Out 1” connects to the
SWM expander’s “18V” connector).
b.
Connect the hoop of the grounding wire
(
supplied in kit
) to the ground lug on the SWM
expander. Connect the other end to ship’s
ground.
c.
Tighten all of the RF connections with a
7/16" torque wrench set to 15 in.-lbs.
