Replace wearing
parts
•
Replace tines and other parts when they are worn or damaged.
•
Use only genuine Kverneland spare parts.
> Demount the old part
> Mount the new part
> Remove paint on soil engaging surfaces

Tines
The tines are reversible. When they are worn at the front, reverse
them to increase lifetime.
Tighten bolts and
nuts
Tightening torque bolted clamps
It is very important to tighten the bolted clamps with 589 - 638 Nm (60
- 65 kpm) torque. Loosening of the bolts may otherwise lead to ex-
treme tension and breakage of the frame.
Retighten all bolts and nuts on the machine

after the first hours of use.
•
yearly or after 200 ha.
