2.5 Collection of Isolation Samples

(1)

Confirm the power OFF of device

Open the front door and take out the Reagent holder.

Note:

The isolation sample may be spilt if the collection tube holder is tilted. Take out while

holding the handle of the collection tube holder with one hand and supporting the bottom

surface of the holder with the other hand.

(2)

Securely close the cap of microtubes (collection tubes) on Collection tube holder.

(3)

Take out the Collection holder from the device.

(4)

Collect the microtubes (collection tubes).
