Automatic switch-off (timer)

The automatic switch-off device is used to automatically switch off any
cooking zone after a stipulated period of time. Cooking times ranging from
1 minute to 99 minutes can be set.
1. Select a power setting for a cooking zone and place a pan on the zone.

2. Press the 

Timer key

 

. The control lamp will blink.

3. Then immediately use the 

Minus key

  

or 

the 

Plus key

 

 to set the

cooking time at between 1 and 99 minutes.
With the Plus key the display will commence at 01, and with the Minus
key it will commence at 30.
The setting will be reset if the Plus and Minus keys are pressed
simultaneously (00).

4. The cooking zone will be switched off when the time has lapsed.

A signal will sound for a while and can be switched off by pressing any
key (except for the ON/OFF key).

Instructions
• The control lamp will blink for the timer display.
• The control lamp will blink for the power setting.
• The selected cooking time can be altered at any time. Press the 

Timer key

 and use the 

Minus

  

or 

Plus key

 

 to adjust the cooking time.

• Terminating the function of the timer: Press the 

Timer key

 

 and press

the 

Minus

  

and 

Plus keys

 

 once simultaneously.

Minute minder (egg timer)
(cooking zone switched off)

A minute minder can be programmed when the corresponding cooking zone
is switched off.

1. Switch on the hob.

2. Press the 

Timer key

 

.

3. Use the 

Minus key

 

 or the 

Plus key

 

 to set the time in minutes.

The control lamp above the power setting display will blink.
The control lamp blinks when the induction hob is switched off.

4. Once the time has lapsed a signal will sound for a while and can be

switched off by pressing any key (except for the on/off key).

Instructions:
The minute minder remains in operation when the induction hob is switched
off. Switch the hob on with the 

ON/OFF key

 

 to adjust the time.

When the minute minder (egg timer) is switched on it will not be possible to
switch on the corresponding cooking zone.
