If you touch the plus key, the cooking zone starts at setting 5, without
parboiling boost.
When the minus sensor is touched the cooking zone will commence
operation at setting 9. This will also automatically activate the automatic
parboil mode.
Switching off the cooking zone:
press the plus sensor key and the minus sensor key simultaneously.

Residual heat display
As long as the cooking zone is still hot an “H” will appear in the display
when the cooking zone has been switched off.
