Baking and roasting programmes

Your cooker offers you twelve convenient roasting and baking programmes (six each). They greatly facilitate roasting and baking. You simply select the
programme you want and your oven will take care of everything else automatically. The cooking temperature and the cooking time are set in advance. The
set values can be changed. We recommend that you adhere to the recommended temperatures and times as closely as possible.

Note:

The set temperature and the duration of the roasting and baking programmes apply for preparing 1 kg of meat, biscuits using 500 g of flour and 1 kg of raw
potatoes and raw vegetables. If you are using larger or smaller portions the cooking time and the temperature must be changed accordingly (see page 28 -
Changing the cooking time). You will find the recommended times and temperatures for cooking large portions of meat in the table on roasting programmes.

We would suggest that you use the core temperature sensor. Then you can disregard the weight and the height of the meat and the poultry (see
page 31).
