Baking pizza
1. Select the baking programme for pizza
.
The baking process will proceed automatically at the preset temperatu-
re of 250 °C and with the preset baking time (see baking programme).
You can change the preset temperature and baking time.

The preset temperature of 160°C appears in the display.
Select a temperature of 250 °C.
Please set the recommended baking time yourself.
Example
Basic recipe for pizza
375 g flour
20 g yeast
1/8. l lukewarm water
3 tablespoons of oil, salt
Make a dough with the given ingredients. Give the dough time to rise until
the volume has doubled (approx. 30 minutes).
Knead the dough again for several minutes and allow it to prove for
another 15 minutes.
Cut the dough into two or three pieces and roll out each piece into a
circle. Form an edge and quickly add a topping of your choice so that the
dough does not get moist.

Place the baking sheet into the frame of the backmobil,

An acoustic signal will sound when preheating has ended,

Place the pizza onto the baking sheet,

The appliance will switch itself off after 12 minutes.

Defrosting and proving

Set the cooking time.
Use only really fresh food.
Prepare the food according to the usual recipes.
Use no more than 6 conserving jars of 1-1.5 litres.
Only use jars of the same height suitable for preserving and fill with the
same contents. The jars should not touch each other.

Place the drip pan onto the 1st or 2nd

Place a cup of water in the fat tray.

Keep an eye on the cooking process. After
20-40 minutes
the liquid
will begin to bubble in the first jars, usually those at the front right.

Now switch
the oven off
and allow
the jars to stand for 30 minutes
(approx. 15 minutes for delicate fruit such as strawberries)
in the clo-
sed oven.
Vegetables and meat
-
Prepare the conserving jars, put the drip pan into the oven and set the
temperature as above.

When the liquid begins to bubble turn the temperature down
to 150 °C
and cook for an additional
60 to 90 minutes.

Then turn the oven off and leave the jars in the closed oven for a
further
30 minutes

Caution! During the cooking process a lot of moisture develops in the oven
interior owing to the evaporation of water. This moisture emerges through
the ventilator openings and as a result the control panel may become hot.
