MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Cleaning of the gas-fueled cookers
1. Unplug when cleaning.
2. Your product is designed to prevent
any oily food liquid overflow when cooking
from infiltrating under the worktop. You can
remove the cooker grates from their place to
clean the burner tray. The enamel or stainless
parts should be clamed by soapy water and
wiped with a dry cloth.
3. Clean the gas huming heads and grates
by soapy water and wipe with a dry cloth.
4. You are recommended to immediately
clean any oil and any acid substances such as
lemon which may spill on your product.
5. Be careful that the cleaning substances
you use do not contain any particles and parts
that may scratch the enamel or stainless
surfaces. You may wash the cooker grates in
the dishwasher.

Do not wash the heads and caps of the
gas-fueled cookers in the dishwasher.
Â
For any dirty and stains that cannot he
removed off from the burner heads, use
the metal surface cleaners available in
the market according to their instructions.

After you wash and wipe dry the heads
and caps, make sure they are positioned
in their correct places.
Â
The surfaces of the burner trays of the
stainless products nearer to the burners
may change color in the course of time
due to heat.
Â
Do not you cleaning substances
containing acid or chlorine to clean
the stainless and eloxal surfaces. Use a
liquid (non-scratching detergent) and
clean with a soft cloth.
Do not use the following materials to
clean your cooker.

IDENTIFICATION OF THE CONTROL PANEL AND USE OF THE BURNERS

Gas burning control buttons
The cocks controlling the gas burners of your product have
special safety equipment. To ensure gas flow through the cocks, you
should slightly push and turn left the buttons. To obtain optimum
efficiency from the gas-fueled cookers, be careful about size of the

Ignition System
Your product has two types of ignition system depending on the version of it. If the ignition
system of the version of the product you purchased is controlled by an external button, then
you should slightly push the button for the burner you desire tooperate and then turn left, turn
anti-clockwise, to ensure gas flow. Just after turning on the button, push the lighter ignition
button and hold it till ignition. After ignition, release the lighter button. You should repeat the
procedure in each case. If your product has gas button with lighter (as shown in the figure
above), push the button slightly and turn left till the symbol of lighter ignition. The lighter
will start to ignite the burners. While the lighter ignites, it also ignites. After ignition, turn the
button to the symbol Big flame or Small flame to determine the burning position. The lighter
ignition will stop and burning will continue. If it does not ignite, then continue this process
until the ignition is performed.
