Table top cooker & built - in cooker

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE. GENERAL INFORMATION

The best procedure we recommend is to

clean the cooker regularly after each use. For

this purpose, allow the cooker to cool down.

Never use a steam pressure cleaning

apparatus for the cleaning procedures. The

pressure steam may cause permanent damage

on the surface and structural components of

the cooker. The manufacturing firm may not

be held responsible for such damages

Do not use any pointed instruments

during the cleaning procedure.

Never use the following materials as

they may give damage to the surface of the

cooker:

Sand, materials containing sodium

hicarbonate/alkali, acid or chloride, grill and

oven sprays, dishwasher detergent, stain

and mst removers, powder detergents, liquid

cleaning materials containing

particles, hard sponges/brushes.

The burner lid will become matt in the

course of time. It is very normal and has

nothing to do with the quality of the material.

Â

Wipe the parts of the burner apparatus

with a damp cloth and then wipe dry.

Â

Wipe the lighter electrode and

thermocouple with a well-squeezed

cloth carefully and wipe clean with a

clean cloth.

The lighter apparatus on the burner

apparatus should not get wet; otherwise, the

lighter fails.

You should wipe dry the cooker

thoroughly after each wet cleaning. Thus you

will have removed any lime that might have

accumulated on the cooker.

Cooker Grates, Cooker Buttons

Â

Lift the grates.

Â

Clean the grates and buttons of the

cooker with a sponge cloth and detergent

hot water. In case of excessive dirt, keep

them in hot water for a while to soften

them.

Â

And then wipe all parts with a clean

cloth and wipe dry.

Burner

After the cooker cools down, you may

remove and clean the burner parts.

The Burner Parts Are Dismounted and

Cleaned as follows:

Â

Remove all movable parts and wash with

detergent hot water. And then wipe dry

them.  Meanwhile,  make  sure  the  flame

holes are dry completely.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION. GAS CONNECTION

type of gas may be performed only an expert

and  qualified  person.  Such  qualified  person

is responsible for performing this procedure

excellently.

When the gas collection is performed,

be careftd that the gas-cutting cock is at an

easily accessible place.

Ask the gas distribution authority ahout

type of the gas supplied to your cooker, and

compare the information with the gas data

written on the nameplate of the equipment.

The equipment is suitable for natural gas

and liquefied petroleum gas.

This equipment is designed for natural

gas and liquefied petroleum gas  depending

on the system used.

To convert it to any other type of gas, the

cooker nozzle suitable for the system used

in the respective country comes with the

equipment.

Conversion to other type of gas is

described in the installation instructions in

detail.

Installation of Your Equipment. Liquefied petroleum gas  Connection

Make sure the gas hose and gas pressure-

reducing valve you will use for the cooker

should  be  stamped  as  TSE-certificated.

Attach the gas supply hose to the hose

use of sheet clamp and screwdriver, “Figure

6”, and make sure it is firmly tightened. Gas
