TILTING THE MACHINE/PALLET ASSEMBLY

Moor the machine using two textile slings as
shown opposite. (Two strands of each sling
must have a minimum capacity of 2500 kg /
5500 lbs.).

-

the sling attached onto the cutterbar must
have a length of three meters (9’10”)

-

the sling attached to the pallet must have
a length of four meters (13’1”)

Position slipknots as shown in the two smaller
pictures.

Note : the sling attached to the cutterbar must
be placed between the 2

nd

 and 3

rd

 disc for

the FC 303 ; between the 3

rd

 and 4

th

 disc for

the FC 353 (seen in forward direction).

On machines palleted without
wheels :

Before attempting to tilt over a machine
palleted without wheels, install the wheels
using an appropriate lifting device. Ensure that
the wheels are fitted with the valve stem fac-
ing the outside of the machine.

Slightly tighten wheel bolts.
