Table of frying times
The specifications in the table are merely guidance values as the cooking
times depend on a variety of factors including the quantity and size of
the food. Deep-fried foods require a higher temperature and a longer
cooking time. Also follow the cooking instructions provided on the
product packaging. The specified times do not include the time necessary
to heat up the deep frying oil or grease.
