Lamb Cutlets
Ingredients
• 300g lamb cutlets
• 2 tsp of soy sauce
• Ground black pepper
• Dash of brandy
• Olive oil
Method
1. Combine the soy sauce, ground pepper, brandy and olive oil until mixed evenly.
2. Rub the mixture onto the lamb cutlets and allow it to marinate for at least 1 hour prior to
cooking.
3. Place the lamb cutlets into the frying basket.
4. Select the steak/chops auto preset, then press
to commence cooking.
5. Serve on a bed of salad or a side of homemade chips (optional).
