Type of Lubrication: Multi-Purpose Grease

Quantity: Add grease until grease begins to emerge.

Chaincase

Check gear lube level daily.

Change gear lube every 800 hours or seasonally,
whichever comes first. Refer to

“Change Oil in

Chaincase”

on page 25.

Remove oil level plug. If gear lube is below bottom of oil
level plug hole, remove oil fill plug and add recommended
gear lube through oil fill plug hole until oil starts to flow out
of oil level plug hole. Reinstall and tighten both oil plugs.

Shell Gadus S2 V220 00 flowable grease or

equivalent

(Gear Lube will run out of oil level plug hole when full.)
