Possible Solutions
1. Check to make sure that the KWR‐005 unit is powered on and
the indicator light is blinking green
2. Make sure the Bluetooth application has the correct permissions
to access functionality on your device
a) For Android devices, see Appendix A, page 22
b) For Apple devices, see Appendix B, page 27
3. Wake up the device by pressing a button on the key fob, or by
turning the KWR‐005 unit off and on
4. Make sure no other devices are being used for at least 5 seconds
before attempting to pair or connect to the KWR‐005 device
