Check the following
1) KWR‐005 power switch is on.
2) Secure connection to a power source with
9V‐24V
Indicator light not

Cannot pair
Check your device permission settings (Appendix
A & B)
1) Bluetooth must be enabled on your device
2) Check app permissions
a) Bluetooth
b) Location
c) Camera
3) Try restarting the BluetoothKTI app and
attempt to pair again

(HPU)

HPU doesn’t work
HPU Works
Check wiring connection
1) Check to see if KWR‐005 makes a clicking
sound when either the Power Up or Power
Down button on the key fob / Bluetooth
device is pressed
2) Make sure quick disconnect from KWR‐005 is
securely connected to the quick disconnect
from the HPU
