3. Mounting instructions.
•
The package contains wall holders, stainless steel knobs, power cable and extra fuse
(integrated in base
B ).
•
Install the device so that it is at a comfortable height for use. the proper height would be
1.60 meters from the lowest part of the device..
•
Do not install it near water access points and keep a 3 meters distance from them, as well
as from bottle liquids that could cause accidents.
•
The device should be connected with the help of qualified personnel.
•
Assure before turning it ON that it is not wet or humid inside the device or closed to any
electrical component.
•
Remove all metallic pieces in contact with the device
•
Do not install it under temperatures lower than 5ºC and higher than 40ºC, and assure that
humidity is not higher than 80%.
•
Pay special attention when drilling holes on the wall to hang the device as behind these
walls there are usually cables and pipes.
4. Working instructions
•
Once taken into account all the instructions in Section 1 “Security Information” and
Section 2 “Installation instructions”. We can proceed to use the device.
•
WARNING : all the tools put into Sanitizers should be clean and completely dry
(without moisture).
•
Connect the cable E to the base B and to the mains.
•
Set to 1 switch B2 that is at the base B. If everything is correct the LED installed on the front
part F1 will be on green "ready to use".
•
Enter tools, close the door and press the switch “ D during 5 seconds” , the LED installed
on the front F1 will be in red "disinfecting" . After 30 min. the ozone generator will shut
offautomatically.The ozone lamp glows orange visually check inside on the top that is
correct.
•
For next disinfection simply follow the previous step.
•
You can leave disinfected tools until needed, the ozone generator will remain off and won´t
restart until you press the switch

Once the disinfection process be finished, wait around 10 minutes to make knives. When
you open the door let out the rest of ozone for a few seconds, then proceed to remove the
knives.
•
Not recommended a second disinfection followed in the same knives as they may appear
small specks of rust.
2. Description of the device.
•
Disinfector cabinets of kitchen tools and knives for slaughterhouses, butcher fish shops,
kitchens through Ozone.
•
Made of stainless steel, methacrylate door and approved materials.
•
Consumption 5W. - Frequency 50/60 Hz - Voltage 220 - 240V, Ozone production approx.
15 mg / h. You can disinfect any tool or knife of stainless steel or ceramics as well as
different types of plastics, verify that such plastics are resistant to ozone.
