INTERIOR CONTROLS

LOADING SPOOLS

LOOSEN

 feed tensioner knob to allow idler arm to swing up

CHECK

 feed roller for correct size and type groove to match wire size and type (flip or replace)

CUT

 off bent, crimped, or rusted wire to ensure no burrs, sharp edges, or contamination are present

HOLD

 tension on wire while guiding into feed guide (spool will unravel without tension)

ENSURE

 wire is threaded into groove of feed roller

CLOSE

 wire idler arm and rotate feed tensioner up

TIGHTEN

 feed tensioner as required (2-3 flux core, 3-5 solid wire)
