4. Pull the bearing bracket with the discharge cover and the complete rotor out of
the casing (back pull-out unit).
5. Place the back pull-out unit on a clean and level surface.
6. Remove O-ring 412 and check it for damage. Dispose of any damaged O-rings.
7.4.5 Removing the impeller

The back pull-out unit is kept in a clean and level assembly area.
1. Undo impeller nut 920.4 (right-hand thread).
2. Remove impeller 230 with an impeller removal device.
3. Place impeller 230 on a clean and level surface.
4. Remove keys 940.2 from shaft 210.
7.4.6 Removing the mechanical seal

1. Remove the rotating assembly of the mechanical seal (primary ring) from shaft
sleeve 523 and/or shaft 210.
2. Remove gasket 400.1, if any, from shaft 210 and dispose of it.
3. Remove discharge cover 163 from bearing bracket 330 or intermediate piece
132.
4. Remove the stationary assembly of the mechanical seal, consisting of the
mechanical seal's mating ring and the elastomer, from discharge cover 163.
7.4.7 Dismantling the bearings

1. Undo the hexagon socket head cap screw in the coupling hub.
2. Pull the coupling hub off shaft 210 with a puller.
3. Remove key 940.1.
4. Remove axial sealing rings 411.1.
5. Remove bearing cover 360.1.
6. Remove circlips 932.
7. Press shaft 210 out of the bearing seats.
8. Place radial ball bearing 321 on a clean and level surface.
