For a reliable and high accuracy flow measurement, it is essential to follow the installation
requirements as specified in the manual of the related flow meter. No wet calibration in a
calibration rig or OPTICHECK can fully verify the installation or application conditions.
Take special care of:
•
Grounding conditions of the flowmeter
•
No solid particles or air content in the media
•
Compatibility (wetted materials of sensor wrt. media)

The OPTICHECK setup has been designed to be as robust as possible. To ensure reliable,
accurate and long life time the following has to be respected:
