S-1200/ 1200U

Firmware Updates

1. The S-1200/ 1200U utilizes a software based engine. This enables firmware updates to be

accomplished in the field rather than being returned to the factory. Firmware updates are sent via

the RS-232 port located on the back panel.

NOTE: Firmware upgrades are to be installed by an Authorized Krell Dealer or Distributor.

Special loading software and instructions are required to perform said updates. Please contact an

authorized Krell Dealer, Distributor or the Factory for information regarding firmware updates.
