7.4 Changing the fluid needle
Removing the fluid needle
1. Clean automatic spray gun ( Ä Chapter 7.2 ‘Cleaning spray guns’ on page 24 )

WARNING!
The closing piece (Fig. 10/4) is under spring force!
Carefully unscrew the entire closing piece (Fig. 10/4).
3. Remove the spring (Fig. 10/3).
4. Take the entire valve shaft (Fig. 10/2) out of the main element (Fig. 10/1).

5. Loosen the nut (Fig. 11/4) of the valve shaft pipe (Fig. 11/1).
6. Remove the spring (Fig. 11/3) and fluid needle (Fig. 11/2) from the valve shaft pipe
(Fig. 11/1).
