In order to obtain reproducible settings, the zero point should be checked and if neces-
sary set after each maintenance instance (
Chapter 6.4 ‘Setting the zero point of the
needle stroke setting’ on page 22).

Close the air feed.
2.
Turn the adjustment nut (Fig. 8/1) by turning clockwise.
3.
Open fluid feed.
4.
Open the control air feed.
5.
Slowly open the adjustment nut (Fig. 8/1) turning counter-clockwise until fluid escapes.

Operation breaks
1.
End the spray procedure by switching on the control air (connection "St").
The atomiser air (connection "Z") is automatically closed in the automatic spray gun.
2.
Interrupt the spray fluid supply.
3.
If necessary, clean the spray gun (
Chapter 7.2 ‘Cleaning spray guns’ on page 24
).
