3. Specific safety regulations

Βe sure the bit is secured in place before
operation.
Under normal operation, the tool is designed
to produce vibration. The screws can
come loose easily, causing a breakdown or
accident. Check tightness of screws carefully
before operation.
I
n cold weather or when the tool has not
been used for a long time, let the tool warm
up for a while by operating it under no load.
This will loosen up the lubrication.
Always be sure you have a firm footing. Be

ake sure the buffing disc has the right
dimension and fits properly onto the tool.

ake sure the polishing plate matches the
dimension of the buffing disc.

nspect the buffing disc before use. Do not
use broken or damaged buffing discs.

ake sure the buffing disc and polishing
plate are installed according to the instruc

tions.
After fitting the buffing disc and polishing
plate, operate the machine for a while under
no load, in a safe place. If the machine
produces intense vibrations or you notice
any damage to the buffing disc, turn off the
machine immediately and try to identify the
cause.
