Open the irons.
Using a brush, oil all parts of the plates thoroughly.
For the Brussels and Churros waffle: Use ladle to fill the plates on just one side so that the
top of the blocks is barely covered.
For the Liege waffle : place the dought roll on the irons.
Close the irons immediately and tighten one against the other using the handles. When
using liquid batters, turn the irons over (except with irons that open 90°).
Depending on the type of waffle, leave to cook in this position during the appropriate time
mentioned on the recipe. (adjust the time after a few trial runs).
Gently lift one side of the iron and remove the waffles using a waffle fork.
Leave to cool, preferably on a cooling rack so that they remain crisp.
Churros waffles
SWEET CHURROS WAFFLES
For 64 churros – In a bowl, put together 250 g of wheat flour, 60 g of sugar, 2 tea spoon of backing
powder, then add 2 eggs, and incorporate gradually 100 g of melted butter and 35 cl of half
skimmed milk to avoid the lump.
PIZZA FLAVOUR CHURROS WAFFLES
For 64 churros – In a bowl, put together 250 g of wheat flour, 60 g de parmesan, 5 g of pizza mix, 2
g of salt, 2 tea spoon of baking powder. Then add 2 eggs. Incorporate gradually 100 g of melted
butter and 400 of half-skimmed milk to avoid the lump.

Krampouz waffle set ref. ASG2 consisting of a brush, waffle fork and metal brush
Frying oil to grease the irons
A container for your batter
A ladle or jug

Start heating the appliance with the thermostat set to 220°C and irons closed during 20 - 25
min.
Open the irons.
Using a brush, oil all parts of the plates thoroughly.
Use a ladle or a jar to fill the plates on just one side so that the top of the blocks is barely
covered.
Close the irons immediately and tighten one against the other using the handles and turn
the irons over.
Leave to cook in this position for 2 min 30s.
Gently lift one side of the iron and remove the churros waffles using a waffle fork.
Immediately separate the churros and leave to cool, preferably on a cooling rack so that they
remain crispy.
