4.6 Checking and adjusting for brake apparatus
4.6.1 Checking
1.
Put the walking clutch rod to Stop position
2.
Make sure the length of spring is between 50-60mm,
and adjust if there is any impropriety
4.6.2 Adjustment
1.
Loosen the nut
2.
Put clutch rod to Stop position
3.
Adjust nut 1 to make sure the spring length
is between 50-60mm.
4.
Tighten the nut 1
5.
Loosen the nut 2.
6.
Put walking clutch rod to Walking position, and adjust adjusting nut 2 to
cancel the brake condition, and to make sure there is enough space for the
long hole
7.
Tighten nut 2
4.7 Steering clutch adjustment
Adjust the adjusting nut, and make sure there is 0-
2mm empty space for steering clutch handle.
4.8 Checking and Maintenance for Engine
Please see user manual of Engine.
WARING
Must adjust the brake cable even if there is a small problem.
