100 g sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
4 eggs
250 g flour
1 table spoon baking powder

Separate the eggs . Beat whites until moderately stiff, set aside.
Mix butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolk until smooth.

into the mixture.
To add additional flavor, add less milk and 1 table spoon of
vanilla or rum extract. However, be careful when adding liquids,
as batter should not be too thin.
Bake waffles following the above instructions.
Dust with icing sugar before serving.

the lid closed or to open the appliance 180º.
