IMPORTANT WARNINGS
An empty refrigerator is a very dangerous attraction for children. Re-
move either gasket, latches, lids or doors from unused appliances, or
take any other action that makes them harmless.
DANGER! Children could get trapped.
Before throwing away your old refrigerator or freezer
- remove the doors
- leave the shelves in place so that children may not easily climb inside.
FIRST OF ALL
- Remove the outer and inner packaging, clean the outside thorou-
ghly with a soft, dry cloth and the inside with a wet, lukewarm cloth.
Avoid placing the unit in a narrow cavity or near any heat source, di-
rect sunlight or moisture.
Allow air to circulate freely around the unit. Keep the back of the refri-
gerator 5 cm away from the wall.
Location:
1. Select a seat with a flat and solid surface.
2. Leave 5 cm of space between the back of the refrigerator and any
adjacent wall.
3. Avoid direct sunlight and heat. Direct sunlight may affect the acrylic
coating. Heat sources nearby will cause increased electricity consu-
mption.
4. Avoid very moist places. Too much humidity in the air will cause
frost to form very quickly on the evaporator, and the refrigerator will
have to be defrosted very frequently.
