BODY FAT PERCENTAGE
A body fat percentage in the normal range should be targeted. An increased
as well as an extremely low body fat percentage may harm your health.
The average body fat percentage increases with age. Women usually
have a higher body fat percentage than men.
Trained athletes may have a lower body fat percentage.
Based on the following tables, you can determine the range in which
your body fat percentage lies.
