Cleaning Precautions
Take note of these cleaning precautions:
J
Unplug the product power cord from the wall outlet before cleaning. Make sure the
monitor is in the power off mode.
J Do not use any vinegar-based solutions or abrasive detergent to clean the screen
as this may damage it.
J
Clean the screen with a moist sheet or soft lint-free cleaning cloth dampened with
a small amount of alcohol or non-abrasive glass cleaner. Spray the cleaning liquid
on the cloth and not the screen, sothat the drippings do not seep inside the
display or stain the bezel. Wipe the screen without applying excess pressure.
J Do not place the product on an unstable cart or table. Doing so may cause the
product to fall, which can damage it seriously.

Rack Mounting Precautions
The following safety guidelines are provided for all rack-mountable equipment:
J Never restrict the airflow through the unit’s fan(s) or vent(s).
J When installing equipment into a rack, distribute the units evenly. Otherwise,
hazardous conditions may be created by an uneven weight distribution.
J
Connect the unit only to a properly rated supply circuit.
J
Reliable earthing (grounding) of rack mount equipment should be maintained.
