Temperature
• Operating: (with Kontron heat sink assembly 38005-0000-95-1 or 38005-0000-
95-2):
Ambient temperature: 0° to +60° C
Maximum heat sink temperature: 0° to +60° C (*)
• Non-operating: -10° to +85° C
Note: *The maximum operating temperature with the heat sink is the maximum measurable
temperature on any spot on the heat sink’s surface. You must maintain the temperature
according to the above specification.
• Operating (without Kontron Embedded Modules heat sink assembly):
Maximum operating temperature: 0° to +60° C (**)
• Non operating: -30° to +85° C
Note: **The maximum operating temperature is the maximum measurable temperature on any
spot on a module’s surface. You must maintain the temperature according to the above
