Operating procedures:
Step 1: Select CaptureView . The default value is PC.
A maximum of 48 thumbnail images can be
previewed in three pages.
Step 2: Files can be read from a PC or a SD memory
card, depending on the setting, and then click
<
Apply >.
Step 3: Move the cursor to the designated thumbnail
image and select it with the mouse. You can then
view the image in preset size.
15. Connecting IP network camera to the Internet
The user has to set parameters of the IP network
camera before it is put into normal use. All functions
of the IP network camera will be available only when
parameters of the IP network camera have been
properly set and it is connected to the Internet. The
installation procedures of the IP network camera may
vary with specific network connection conditions of
the user.
Parameter settings of the IP network camera covers
two major steps: 1) IP network camera initialization,
and 2) access to the Internet, as detailed below:
Step 1: IP network camera Initialization
Connect the IP network camera to the power supply
and then connect it to the PC of the user with the
supplied crossover cable. Turn on the power switch of
the IP network camera.
Search the IP network camera connected with the
user PC with the CAM_EZ Search tool included in the
CD-ROM and set network settings of the IP network
camera.
