Assembly
To assemble the Quick-Release adapter, proceed as follows :
1.) Unpack and check item for damage and completeness
The Quick-Release adapter is fully assembled.
For mounting on a stand, the lower threaded bolt must be unscrewed
from the reducing thread. This allows to screw the adapter onto a
stand with a 3/8" thread. If the reducing thread is removed, a 5/8"
thread is available. Use a coin to remove the reducing thread it sits too
tightly.
Place the adapter on the stand and screw hand-tight.
2.) Changing equipment
To remove the threaded bolt or to change the equipment, press the
K&M logo on the grey locking ring and remove the threaded bolt up-
wards from the Quick-Release adapter.
It is allowed to mount a microphone, microphone clamp or any other
equipment with a 3/8" threaded bolt.
Mounting is done in reverse order.
Press the K&M logo of the grey locking ring and insert the threaded
bolt into the Quick-Release adapter, release the locking ring, therefore
locking the threaded bolt together with the mounted equipment.
