The Network - E-mail window allows you to configure the following items:
Clear button Resets all configuration settings for this window to their
user defaults.
* These settings can be entered only if “DHCP/BOOTP” isn’t checked from
the Automatic IP Setting. Always enter these addresses without leading
zeros. For example, 131.011.010.001 should be entered as 131.11.10.1.
Item Description
Sender Name Specify the name of the e-mail sender when using net-
work scanning.
Range: Up to 20 characters
Default: magicolor 2490MF
Configuration Menu Equivalent:
E-MAIL SETTING - SENDER NAME
E-mail Address Specify the e-mail address of the e-mail sender when
using network scanning.
Range: Up to 64 characters
Default: [Blank]
Configuration Menu Equivalent:
E-MAIL SETTING - E-MAIL
