Every 2000 hours service

Replace hydraulic tank breather element

0.

WARNING

 

The parts and oil are at high temperature after the engine is stopped, and may cause burns. Wait for
the temperature to go down before starting the work.

 

When removing the oil filler cap, turn it slowly to release the internal pressure, then remove it.

1. Remove cover (1).
2. Loosen bolt (2) at the top of the filler cap, then remove cap

cover (3).

3. Remove element (4).
4. Coat O-ring (5) of the new element with grease, then install.
5. Align cap cover (3) with the grooves in the body, then

tighten with bolt (2).

6. Install cover (1).
