MAINTENANCE EVERY 1500 HOURS OF OPERATION

Carry out these operations together with those to be performed every 500 HOURS.

FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM CHECK AND CLEANING

4

To obtain the best engine performance, the fuel injection valves must operate perfectly. Then, it is necessary to
carry out the fuel injection valves check and cleaning. Given that special tools are needed for these operations, it
is advisable to commission your Komatsu distributor to perform them.

ENGINE CASING BREATHER PIPE CHECK

4

To ensure that emissions will be within the limits allowed by the regulations in force during the engine working life,
the engine casing breather pipe must operate perfectly. Check that the diaphragm is not damaged and the spring
is not broken. Given that special tools are needed for these operations, it is advisable to commission your
Komatsu distributor to perform them.
