ACCUMULATOR

The accumulator contains highly pressurized nitrogen gas. A
failure to properly handle it can lead to an explosion, causing a
serious personal injury.

q

Do not remove or disassemble unless necessary.

q

Do not bring it near flame or dispose of it in fire.

q

Do no make holes in it weld it, or use a cutting torch.

q

Do not bear any shock by hammering, rolling or similar
activity.

q

Ask your Komatsu distributor when sealing gas into the cyl-
inder or replacing gas from it.

MAINTENANCE OF AIR CONDITIONER

q

Never touch the refrigerant.

q

Never loosen any parts of the refrigerant circuit.

q

Do not release any refrigerant to the atmosphere.

WASTE MATERIALS

q

Always put oil drained from your machine in containers.
Never drain oil directly onto the ground or dump into the
sewage system, rivers, the sea, or lakes.

q

Obey appropriate laws and regulations when disposing of
harmful objects such as oil, fuel, coolant, solvent, filters,
and batteries.
