Unger cutting system MW114-120
The Unger D114 cutting system, comprised of two cross
knives (32), a pre-cutter (29), a coarse perforated disc (30),
a fine perforated disc (31) and an insert ring (33 or 34),
guarantees the best and most gentle processing of all meat
products. The meat is cut to the desired granulation after a
one-time cutting passage.
