Example: “Cleaning every 500 bakings”

“Do it Later” will remind you again the next time when powering on the oven.

“Completed” will reset the counter and remind you again 500 bakings later.

When the oven is powered on and more than 500 bakings were completed the reminder
screen appears.

Then you should check all the vents and remove the dust with a damp cloth. Especially keep
the air inlets of the cooling fans on the backside clean.

Check the front side of the oven and the door is clean and remove any dirt from the area
where the door closes. If dirt builds up in this area so the door does not close correctly it
might cause unstable operation.

The backside has a removable exhaust cover. Clean it regularly

Check the oven clearances to all sides to allow proper cooling.

Of cause also check that the inside of the baking chamber is kept clean on a daily basis.
