13. TROUBLE SHOOTING

WARNING!

So long as repair is involved, the repair must be carried out by 
professional technical personnel.

The following malfunctions do not require contacting technical 
support personnel.

x

No display whatsoever! 

 

Check whether the time indicator is off.

x

No response after pressing the button! 

 

Check to see if the child lock is activated.

x

The microwave oven does not work!  

Check that the plug is properly inserted.  
Check whether the microwave oven's power supply is 
connected.  
Make sure the door is closed properly and tightly.  
Ensure that there is no foreign body stuck between the 
microwave oven's door and the cavity's front panel. 

x

Strange noises can be heard when the microwave oven is 
working!  

Whether there is a metal object in the microwave oven which 
caused arcing.  
Whether the utensil touches the inside walls of the microwave 
oven.  
Whether there is any cutting tool in the microwave oven or the 
cooking utensil moves. 

x

Food cannot be heated or is heated very slowly!  

Whether a metal utensil is in use.  
Whether the running time and the power level are selected 
properly.  
The food chunks in the microwave oven are too large or too 
cold. 

x

I can still hear noise after the microwave oven stopped

It takes some time for the fan to cool down. 

x

The internal illuminating lamp does not light up after the 
power is switched on!  

If other functions are working properly, the bulb may be burnt 
out, it does not affect the use of the microwave oven.
