inside the microwave oven may be damaged at the same time.
For that reason, the cooking time must be set accurately, and
the food being cooked must be paid attention to all the time.
Do not use the microwave oven to heat the food with too much
grease.
If you want to put several containers such as cups inside
the microwave oven at one time, arrange them neatly on the
turntable.
Seal plastic bags with plastic clips but not metal clips or iron
wire. Pierce the plastic bag in several places to allow steam to
vent.
During cooking, water vapor, and sometimes even water drops,
may be generated on the door glass of the microwave oven.
This is a normal phenomenon which will be more pronounced
when the room temperature is low. It will not affect the safe
running of the microwave oven at all. Wipe off the vapor after
the cooking ends.
To heat liquid, use a container with large opening to evaporate
the vapor rapidly.
However, the values in the table are only for reference, they
change with initial settings, temperature, moisture content, food
type and other factors. It is recommended to adjust the cooking
time and the power level on a case by case basis.
Microwave Cook:
The required length of cooking time increases as the food is
heavier.
Temperature is inversely proportional to cooking time: the length
of time increases as the temperature is lower.
The required length of heating time is very short for the food with
high moisture content.
The foods will get a good heating result if they are neatly placed
on the turntable. If you want to heat foods with different weights
at one time, place the foods that require stronger heating toward
the edge of the turntable and other foods toward the center.
The oven door can be opened at any time during cooking, and
the microwave oven will automatically shut off the power. The
microwave oven will resume to working when you press the start
button after closing the door.
Sealed food requires shorter cooking time to lock nutrients. The
cover of the container, if exists, must allow the microwave to
penetrate and have holes to evaporate water vapor.
