shall be able to solve all electrical failures. If you want to know about the service of warranty, please contact local dealers or
wholesalers.
Toilet does not
work.
A. Power failure
E. Toilet switch on side panel
A. Wait until the power is restored
B. Plug in or detect the socket
C . Press Reset button on the plug
D . Press “ ” button on auxiliary keyboard.
E. Turn on the toilet switch
A. Water failure
B. Tee valve for water supply is closed

D. Product is at standby mode
E. Wash mode is in progress
F. Auto-flushing is deactivated
Wash mode is
abnormal.
A. Wait until the water supply is restored
B. Fully open the tee valve for water supply
C . Press “ ” button on auxiliary keyboard.
D . Seated or adjust your sitting gesture
E. Review the section of "Washing the filter screen"
F. Check bend problem on inlet hose, if so, adjust hose.
G. Install filter correctly. (refer to Page 18).
Cover fails to
close/open
A. Remove the foreign matters or dry seat.

Wait until the water supply is restored
Open the tee valve for water supply
Wait until the power is restored or review manual
