This system contains a Performance Indicator Device (PID) that monitors the life of
the filter cartridges. The filter's life runs out when it reaches its maximum lifespan or
has exceeded its capacity.

The PID features colored LED lights on the front panel that correspond to each filter.
• Yellow = 10% filter life remaining
• Red = 5% filter life remaining
Filter cartridge replacement will not require that the tubing is disconnected. If it is
necessary to disconnect the tubing, follow this procedure:
Turn OFF the cold water supply.
Turn ON the faucet to relieve pressure and drain water from the line.
Firmly press in the collar around the fitting while using your hand to pull the
tubing free.
Inspect the tubing for damage or crimping.
