1. How to install faucet
Secure bolts (2) to the bottom of the water
outlet (1). Insert water inlet assembly into
wash basin installation hole. Install washer
(3), steel washer (4) and nut (5) from the
bottom of the wash basin. Align water outlet
position, wrench (10)-tighten to secure water
outlet assembly by locking nut (5).
Remove flex hose (6) protection, slide into
guiding sleeve (7), and then attach guiding
sleeve on anchor bolt (2).
Cross flex hose (6) through weight (8), and
connect to hose (9) .
2. How to install the water drain
Remove flange (13) from the drain body
(15), attach washer (14) from the bottom of
flange. Insert drain from the bottom of the
wash basin drainage rod opening (17)
towards the rear direction, screw the flange
into drainage body; tighten locking nut (16)
from the bottom manually. Insert stopper
(11) into water drainage body. Adjust the
end of the stopper hole (12) and align it to
drainage rod opening.
Note:
apply sealant putty to the underside of
the flange (13) if needed, instead of using
washer (14).
Install rubber washer (18) into drainage rod
opening, then slide another rubber washer
(20) and anchor bolt (21) on the long end of
spherical rod (19). Insert into drainage rod
opening and stopper, secure anchor nut.
Ensure spherical rod toward rear wash
basin, secure locking nut (16) on drainage
body. Remove excess plumbers putty.
Note:
after securing anchor nut, do not
adjust drainage body position, otherwise the
sealing property will be damaged.
Insert lift rod assembly (23) into the rear side
hole of water outlet, cross hole of connecting
rod (25). Connect connecting rod to spheri-
cal rod (19) by V-shape clip (26), manually
tighten bolt (24) to connecting rod.
Push spherical rod downward to drain full
opening position, and then adjust lift rod
position, so to make the lift rod head (22)
about 10mm away from the installation
platform. Manually tighten thread.
Connect tailpiece (27) to water outlet elbow.
