product when it is damaged or broken, or when parts are missing.
ATTENTION!
Ensure that the person using the Koelstra GEN is an adult who knows how to use it safely.

ALWAYS be
careful when crossing kerbs or going up a staircase and never use the Koelstra GEN for purposes other than
transporting your child. Push the Koelstra GEN ahead at a normal walking pace; Walking faster can cause
losing control and injury to the child.
•
NEVER leave the Koelstra GEN pram on a hill, slope or Koelstra GEN to
a staircase, not even when the brakes have been applied. The pushchair can tip over and cause injury to the
child.
•
To avoid unintended and undesired movement of the pushchair, make sure to ALWAYS apply the brakes
when it is not used.
•
Be careful with small parts, as your child can swallow these with the subsequent risk of
suffocation.
•
To avoid suffocation risk, keep plastic wrapping material out of the children’s reach.
•
To avoid
damage, do not remove logos or stickers. Some logos and stickers are required by law.
•
Be careful with the
scissor hinges when unfolding, folding or adjusting the Koelstra GEN. Be careful to not get your own or your
child’s fingers or hand caught.
•
To avoid risk of falling objects, strangling or suffocation, do not place the Koel-
stra GEN close to loose wires, cables or cords.
•
Make sure to reassemble the safety belt correctly by using
the anchor points after taking it apart to, for instance, clean it. The safety belt must be set up correctly again.
Pull the belt firmly toward, so that it is adjusted to your child and provides optimal safety.
•
The grocery basket
can take a maximum load of 2 kgs.
•
Lock the front swivel wheels when folding the pushchair. If this instruction
is not followed, the wheels can jam and deform, especially in warm circumstances.
•
Any load attached to
the handle and/or on the backrest and/or on the sides of the vehicle will affect the stability of the vehicle.
The safety of your child remains your own responsibility.
Manufacturer warranty Koelstra GEN:
As the manufacturer, Koelstra 2.0 BV, based in Staphorst (hereinafter referred to as “Koelstra”), supplies the
Koelstra GEN (hereinafter referred to as “product”) including warranty.
1. The manufacturer warranty period is 24 months and commences on the day of purchase, as indicated on
the proof of purchase. The warranty period is not extended upon repairs nor in the event of replacing com-
ponents and/or products. The remaining warranty period of the original product prevails.
2. The manufacturer warranty provides the right of repair of a manufacturing defect and does not apply to
exchanging or returning the product.
3. Koelstra reserves the right to cease fabrication of special models, colours, upholstery or accessories and
thus replaces the components by similar products, colours or upholstery during the manufacturer warranty.
4. The manufacturer warranty applies only to a product that is purchased for private use and is non-transfera-
ble. Therefore, only the initial owner has the right to make a claim under the warranty.
5. In order to make a claim under the manufacturer warranty, one is ought to supply the following items to the
point that the product has been purchased at:
· The defect product and/or pictures of the defect product or component,
· (A copy of) the proof of purchase including date of purchase,
· A clear description of the defect,
· A complete and correctly filled out warranty form.
