2] RUN Process :
Ensure following check before the Sample Analysis run is started.
1. The round Cover-slip on the Furnace Lid is clean (not foggy).
2. The surface of the Furnace should be clean from any foreign particles for a good
thermal contact of the slide. (The presence of foreign particle will create the thermal
difference and leads to erroneous results).
3. There should not be a direct air draft in the furnace direction.
To Select ‘RUN’ from main menu options
press ‘2’.
Display reads,
The Program No. of last RUN is displayed.
If the same program is to be RUN press ‘ENTER’,
else enter the desired Program No. to be run and press
‘ENTER’.
For e.g. To run program no. 5.
Press ‘5’ & press ‘ENTER’.
If that program does not exist then message is displayed:
If program exists then :
R. No. indicates the run number for that day.
Press ‘1’ and ‘Enter’
Enter Sample No. using Alphanumeric keys.
